I finished the book at 3 AM last night. Oh. My. God.
The ending of the series was perfect. It makes me sad though that that was the last book.

Yeah, that was so sad, in Sirius' room. I love Snape so much now. lol I tried to find the original letter back some chapters because I don't remember how the sentence began. lol The photo is so cute. I can imagine a little chubby baby Harry on a toy broomstick, and imagine a young Sirius receiving the letter.

I was thinking Godric's Hollow, but then I thought it could also mean Dumbledore's (probably new) tomb. But it was kind of odd how Draco ended up with the wand because Draco would have had his own wand, and when he took the wand from Dumbledore, he could have easily kept using his own because he didn't know of the Elder's Wand. How does Harry know he took the Elder's Wand and not Draco's regular one?

I really wanted an epilogue, just to get a glimpse of Harry's life as an adult. I aww'd at the name Albus Severus too, except I don't think a name like Albus suits someone who supposedly looks like Harry. But I think it would be really cool to have a new series with his kids. Albus Potter and the (adj) (noun). XD

I love Teddy Lupin. So much. XD I figured out last night that "Victoire" must be Bill and Fleur's kid because Lupin and Tonks were married around the same time as Bill and Fleur, so they would have kids around the same age group, plus the French name, which I'm sure Fleur insisted on. lol

Oh, that makes so much sense on who Victoire is! I was wondering who she was. XD I was picturing baby Harry on a tiny broomstick causing havoc and I couldn't stop laughing.

Yeah, the Elric Wand part is a bit of a leap of faith. Since Dumbledore's death was predetermined and Draco didn't actually do anything, one would think that Dumbledore would still have the wand. Sure Draco was going to (attempt) to kill Dumbledore, but he couldn't do it. Also, if Voldemort thought of Snape as a real Slytherin, he should have taken his wand too, just in case. XD

I think Dumbledore knew that Draco would try but fail because he knows people inside and out. I don't really think anyone had the Elder's Wand. I think it died with Dumbledore because his death was planned, so even Draco didn't forcibly take the wand from him in triumph. I think Harry was just blowing air at Voldemort to get him worried and be all "joke's on you, foo'!"

I like how Harry told Albus Severus about one of the headmasters being a Slytherin and also being the bravest man he knew. It breaks down the barrier of HAVING to be in Gryffindor because Snape gave Slytherins a better reputation by being all good.

The whole thing kind of reminded me of the Holocaust. Purity, etc. I'm totally buying the entire series though, in a set, and reading it aaall over. :]
