It has been roughly a month since the last update. The LACMA costume went really well. T-Prime (formerly designate T2) finally saw why I was excited about it and willing to put in the work. The move went incredibly well. Having developed a sincere dislike of moving many years ago, the thought of having to schlep over two bedrooms worth of stuff along with the Batcave and SCA gear was modestly revolting. I went to Knott's Berry Farm with The Nephew and some LA friends of the show yesterday and learned that certain bad-ass roller-coasters (or as close as one one gets at Knott's) can come close to inducing brown-outs. My maternal grandfather is 91. Over the course of those ninety-one years he has worked as a farmer, chicken rancher and factory worker. When he was done working for the day, he went home (or inside the farm house). Once there he was done. He was home. There were no business calls. No e-mails.
