i loved it when we saw it, and it was a strange experience for me cause about 30 seconds in i realised i had read the book it was based on (a loooong time ago too!) i loved the book and the movie totally lives up to it, the only change is that the quiz show is now "who wants to be a millionaire" and that (we found out in the q&a with danny boyle) is because the company that produced the movie actually started the game show and when they sold it they retained the rights to make a movie about it...

Very cool; I hadn't heard the stuff about why they were able to use "Millionaire."

Of course you'd read the book. That doesn't surprise me. I figure at the rate you're going, you'll have read most everything at one time or another.

lol. i think i am going to try and keep track of every book i read next year starting january 1st...we'll see if i manage to keep that up!
