I just might have an A

And I am terribly excited about that! Yes, according to my prof's last email, it would seem I "pretty much blew the bell curve for everyone else." Oopsie! As much as I resent others that cause this to happen, I must say it feels pretty damn good
I worked my ass off for that class and learned quite a bit, so I am extremely pleased. My next class (already started) is Principles of Management, which I can see is going to be equally as challenging. Lots of work involved and a paper due also. I seem to have lost my hesitation and resentment for writing papers for class. I am getting a little better with each one and developing my grammar and punctuation skills immensely (though that may not be entirely apparent here).

So, this past Friday after work some of the girls got together and we went over to Norman's. What a great night! However, I did take a spill on one of my walks to the bathroom and I wasn't even drunk yet. I sprained my ankle pretty bad and Tim has threatened to take away certain pairs of shoes because of this. I was wearing a pair of clogs with a chunky three inch heel. Around the bar at Norman's is this somewhat raised molding that my heel must have hit just right, my ankle went one way and I went the other...down like a ton of bricks. To add insult to injury I got ma'am-ed by two gentlemen who offered to help me up. I don't know which hurt worse
I still had a good time and proceeded to get very inebriated due to my throbbing ankle. Needless to say I spent the rest of the weekend attempting to keep my foot elevated (not easy to do with three boys) and iced.

I am home today because poor li'l Roos is sick (fever with occasional vomiting) and my foot is a very pretty shade of blue today.
