What can I do to breathe life into this journal? Apparently my life has taken an unexpected turn and Im feeling a strong need to "reach out".

I have been having so much fun watching the birds eating their seeds from my feeder I put out last fall on the tree out front... I have (in the past year) seen so many pretty birds visiting...
