GRRRRRRRRRR!!!
I typed in this long post of the current goings on and whatnot only to have it disappear. What's up with LJ? I don't feel like typing all that stuff in again so let's just say...it's cold ditty cold here and I'm having a decent day.
Plan on making rum balls tonight...I might start dipping into them after they are made too.
Have the ingredients to make snickerdoodles and cream cheese cookies so those will be next on the agenda.
Currently making Nawlins style Red Beans and Rice for our dining pleasure this evening. I'm sure to get three grumps about this choice of meal as the kids dislike redbeans and rice. Too bad!!! It's blustery cold outside and I want something that will stick to the ribs. Maybe if I finish the rum balls first I can load them up on those and they'll pass out. Nah!!! Who would waste such wonderous treats on kids?
