hey sweetie! hang in there..ruts usually fade away. But I hear ya...I'm probably in a big rut myself...lots of stupid little shit in my life has compiled into one massive heap of a rut :) But its good you're trying to keep busy and keep your mind off of things. It really is the best way to rid of them. Thats awesome though about your novel writing....what is it about?

I hear ya. I was feeling for a sec, all of these lovely things just falling casually into a really good place and then BAM, all the things just kinda went all over the place and I said "what?!" Hence, my rut. :) My novel is very very losely based on this 15-year old girl in my high school group and just growing up in a real difficult sitch. I'll let you read some if you'd like. Could use a critique. Also, drinks are indeed a necessity. I am considering Thursday perhaps. I dunno. Regardless, SOONPRONTOASAP! We can use eachother for rut-support. ha! love.
