I'm so lucky!!!!!!!!!!!
So after finding $30 on the ground at Canobie Lake Park yesterday, my rare good luck continued today as well.
I first got the Thursday 3-9 position at the hospital that I wanted, which gives me 30 hours one week, and 22 hours the opposite week, so I'm practically there for being part-time and for them to do tuition reimburstment. My work schedule now goes like this: Monday 5-9, Wednesday 5-9, Thursday 5-9, every other Friday 3:30-midnight, and e/o weekend 11-7:30. It's a good schedule, so I'm pleased.
The really big, exciting news though, is this:
I WON TICKETS TO THE RED SOX GAME ON SUNDAY!!!!!!!!!!
That's right, you heard me! I'm going to the Red Sox vs. Baltimore game on Sunday afternoon! At the hospital, we have the Green Monster Campaign, so every month if we make our goal in ED copays, all the employees in the department get entered to win Sox tickets. We had our first drawing, and I won! I never win anything, but now I gained $30, more shifts at the hospital, and a free Sox game! I've never been so excited in my life!
Feel free to be jealous of my Sox tickets, hehe! ;)
