My real post for the day.
I almost made the news yesterday. But not in a good way - some jackass in a semi carrying a trailer full of liquid shifted lanes without signaling or even checking for traffic. It was snowing out, so that didn't help matters any. My friend, who was driving, managed to dodge the truck. At least it would have just smacked the front end of the vehicle with the rear of the trailer, which would have sent us into (probably through) the guardrail and onto the grass on the side of the interstate, which would probably just result in some minor trauma, a nice insurance settlement from a corporation, and no fatality.
Been playing a simulated Romance of the Three Kingdoms game (SimRTK) for a while. Just when my character got a nice rank and some decent material goods and stats, I die. I die before I have an opportunity to run away or anything. Kind of sucked.
Debating on whether or not I'll be able to get to A-Kon. I think it's possible. Cosplay is an actual issue this year. Wanting to do GetBackers cosplay: Ban Midou, Kurodo Akabane, and Shido Fuyuki. May possibly recruit someone for a cosplay skit, if I can refine the actual skits; that's contingent upon which costumes get done. But since they've all got similar hairstyles, and their costumes require minimal construction, it should be easy. The only glitch is my hair - I'll be using my natural hair as opposed to a wig, and it might not be as long as it needs to be. Also, there's the issue of getting it to spike in every direction. Any advice in regards to that matter is much appreciated.

This list is in no particular order. I may change it as I find more songs. Needless to say, I can't possibly perform all of them - there's not enough time, and my voice won't hold for that long. This is just what I hope to have ready by the time A-Kon rolls around.

But you've got to remember that out of the whole list, there are a good number that I already know, some that require only re-learning, and some that I've already started learning. So between now and then, it's quite possible that I could have this whole list completed....because I really do have nothing else to do with my spare time.
I bought a couple of old CDs on Monday: Juno Reactor's Odyssey and Prodigy's The Fat of the Land. First time I've bought a CD since May of 2003, actually.
