so mike sent me the like to the new avatar trailer for season 3... sweet nibblets, it looks so freaking sweet. i cant contain my excitement. its gonna be so epic. plus shymalan has talked about the movies a little bit more... hopefully those dont suck, cause im really not a fan of his up to this point.

so pretty much every day for the past week ive come home after class and played poker online for a while. i think every day ive listened through morning view, there is nothing left to lose and learning to breathe, followed by the 3 kanye west songs i have and i can show you the world. every day. which i guess is good, cause ive been content with what im listening to, which hasnt happened in a while. music can be frustrating, but it can also be the best thing the world can offer you. a double entendre. so anyways, i tihnk im gonna start listening to the new btmi, cause apparently its been out for a while now. how did i miss that? oh wait, i play poker online all day.
brian, you have no idea how close i was to getting the ultimate of all ultimate scrabulous words. i think all i needed was an S and it wold have been like 200 points.
and holy crap, 5 days until my birthday! how did that sneak up on me? do 19 year olds get any sweet priveledges that 18 year olds dont? yea, i didnt think so.
uh, i guess ill talk about my classes.
BIO 141- human physiology
this class is pretty easy. the prof at the beginning had me scared, but he's all talk. its been not so tough. early though. and apparently 595 students in the class... big.
Psych 100- intro to psych- yea i dont think my future lies in psychology. im just not that interested in it, though to be honest, all we've done so far is go over the history of psych, like important psychologists. we havent talked about the actual suject yet. so i'll reserve judgement... for now!
ENG 30- this is gonna suck, hardcore. my teacher is like an animal rights activist, and pretty much everything we're reading this year is either in a book called "the animal ethics reader." not that that's a bad subject, but i dont share the same... passion for it that my teacher does. she's funny though, in a really "not grown up way," meaning she acts kind of like she's in middle school. i dont know if that makes any sense.
GER083- now you would think that this class has something to do with germany, but you are wrong. its about "the myths of language," where we pretty much brake languages down into 6 components, and then decide if certain languages fit into the mold, and if we can call them languages. preeeetty gay.
Rl ST 120- intro to new testament- this is pretty interesting stuff, but at the same time its a 3 hour block every thursday afternoon. so its kind of hard to focus the whole way through. did you know that in the 2nd century there was a large section of christianity that thought that Jesus was a human, and Christ, a seperate being, was a diety? and that they had this like fusion relationship. then when Jesus was on the cross, Christ left him, which is, they say, why Jesus cried out "why have you forsaken me?" anyways i just thought that was interesting. also there was this other sect that followed a guy named Marcion, and his followers were called Marcions, which is lol material 160 minutes into a class.
football games are fun. ever win 59-0 and have a conference rival lose to appalachian state within 30 minutes? pretty cool. people EVERYWHERE screaming incoherently.
and there is not as much urine lately. i guess that was kind of a freshmen hazing type thing.
also about freshmen hazing, do they do "bushing" at other schools? it hasent happened to me (yet), but it sounds like it could go horribly wrong.
