Summer Job

Jun 18, 2008 09:40

I wrote this boring poem called "summer job." To make it more interesting I threw some written freestyles in. They're all in caps.

Summer Job
It's the end of the year again
Autism and braindamage weren't enough to stop the progress
Of my youthful charges
Who continue to grow
I'M A MAN WITHOUT A LAME ASS TENDENCY TO HOLD BACK SO WATCH OUT/ MORE HARDCORE THAN BEING DROWNED WHEN YOU FEEL WHAT I EXPOUND/ EXTRA POUNDS DROP OFF YOUR WATER WEIGHT IS GONE/ CAUSE WHEN I GET ON THE STAGE/ THE THINGS I SAY WILL MAKE YOU SWEAT IT AWAY
I continue as well
Not so slowly
To march towards tomorrow
When barring the unknown
I'll be one amongst the lowest level managers
At a concord rich kids summer camp
Only that i might be planning functions for my staff concerns me
Planning parties's not my specialty
Because it makes me miss my friends
Otherwise
STACHE IS LIKE A GIGANTIC BROWN BEAR TEARING OPEN A BEEHIVE AND LICKING AT THE HONEY INSIDE/ STRAIGHT TO THE FUCKING MAIN IDEA YOUR BRAIN IS HERE IN MY HAND AND I JUST SCANNED AND IT NEEDS SOME KNOWLEDGE CRAMMED PLUS SOME HUGE ENHANCEMENTS
I can take it
It's just some outdoor work
And I even bought some shorts
For the first time since junior high
You should hear the newest in progress foreign power song
It's going to a new level
STACHE IS SO INTENSE THAT WE MAKE RAP INTO ITS OWN FORM OF SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE/ MANDARIN AND RED ARREMER TURN THE CROWD TO SKELETONS AND BACK AGAIN/ LYRICS AS REAL HYPNOTIC LIGHTS FLASHING/ USE ANY MEANS TO STIMULATE ANY PASSION
People please allow me to explain my new system
Two playlists
The Q and then the FOREIGN POWER
Q is possibly worthy but in need of review
songs by all the bands we love
FOREIGN POWER is where its at
Where Q songs move when they get a pass
The FP playlist is a mass of nice shit
NUCLEAR REACTORS DON'T EVEN COME CLOSE TO THE RADIATION DOSE THAT I HOSE YOU WITH/ RED ARREMER BREAKS LYRICS DOWN FOR ENERGY/ SHOWS THE KIDS ENERGY/ LEAVES THEM MORE HYPED UP THEN THEY COULD EVER BE/ CAUGHT BETWEEN MTV JAMS AND BET
A gigantic list
Of other peoples songs
By creating mixes of their songs
We'll learn how to arrange our own sets
So now you know what's really on my mind
Not my summer job
But music
