Semlor 2014
Long time no see. Time flies and all is same same. But I couldn't let Shrove Tuesday pass without the obligatory pic of this year's Semla. Best dough ever, even if I baked them myself. The almond filling could have been better though, but that's due to the store not having the right kind of almond paste for sale.
Anyway, we are still hanging in there. Considering the possibility to move down to Lund with mum and dad, but also kind of scared at the huge amount of stuff to sort out to make that happen. But the living conditions up here are starting to overwhelm us, and something must be done...
Dad is still the toughest fighter, and we've had a few scares but knock knock he continues to be happy.
