Happy Fastlagstisdag!
Time for another celebratory cake picture. Today we eat semlas - the buns filled with whipped cream and almond paste. And we have far too many, since the grocery delivery service messed up and sent a double order. Yes, too many even for us.. Will have to give away some tomorrow. The box on the table only contains half of the buns we got! There are four small boxes left in the fridge with 2 buns in each.. crazy. Still, some very nice semlas were eaten, and even if it's snowing again you can feel that spring is coming.
