Took the before photo roughly 9 months ago. Took the after picture after eating a bowl full of oatmeal, a yogurt and 16oz of water.
I've been slacking off on squats. I haven't done any in weeks - and I can tell the difference! Luckily the ass I whittled for myself is still hanging in strong.
Obviously the tummy is a dramatic change, but I'm more proud of my legs and my back than anything.
Lost a lot of boob'age, but made up for it in muscle so I can't complain too much. Plus I can buy boobs, I can't buy legs :P
