Aah...it's like I never left. Inpatient, how do I love thee? Let me enumerate the ways.
I just wrote a marathon note after an admission and I know I did a good job on it. Plus, I'm on with one of my favorite residents tonight and so far, things are moving smoothly.
We got hammered with admissions around 4 but our med students are top-notch and on top of everything. It's nice to have great students.
Back to work, I s'pose. I really do like inpatient peds. :)
