(no subject)
it's weird but nice to be able to relax. i pretty much sat on my butt all day and did not much of anything besides waste time on the computer & talk to my dad. :o) i did stop once today to clean off my dad's coffee table, empty the dishwasher, and wash 2 loads of laundry. i took a nap today, then got up and took my grandma to a lady's house so that she (grandma) could give the little girls presents. then i hung out with grandma & pappa. came home around 7:45pm and dad was asleep on the couch- weird. there's a race on that i don't think he wanted to miss, so he just laid down on the couch. he's out pretty cold & poor toby is just looking at him in the living room as if to say "well when are you going to feed me?" haha. dad is the only one who feeds him- he has a specific way.
so, i'm hella pumped because i'm meeting some friends tomorrow at baskin robbins at 1pm. i really want to see them all so i suggested that, plus i really want some chocolate chip ice cream from there. it's heaven. :o) plus, i just can't wait to see my friends. they're so rad. i haven't seen them in forever. as long as i have friends, i'm not an antisocial person, i'm really not! and these guys don't really drink themselves to death... haha. not to say i don't love my friends in aiken... it's just nice to get out of the house and do something fun that doesn't require alchohol consumption- like ice cream!!! :oD plus, april & matt are bringing their baby, and hopefully wendy will bring her little one. now i feel bad though- i love my people in aiken, but it's nice to have (girl) friends of your own that REALLY know you. ugh, i'm feeling like such a judgemental bitch. i can't explain what i mean, and it irritates me to no end.
it's so nice having my car clean now. it really was disgusting. i cleaned it out yesterday and after thinking about it, until yesterday, that car hadn't been washed since our wedding day. i'm a neat freak, yes, but that honda was so nasty on the inside that i just didn't care. but i broke down yesterday and vaccummed the disgustingness out, armor alled the interior, and then washed it. it's like a whole new car now- hurray!
so, think i'm going to go make me a pizza.
