Happy Birthday to me ^^.
I'm 27 today; huzzah!
I released Mezzo today, and he flew wonderfully.
But now all he's doing is sitting in a tree next door and has been there for about an hour.
I'm afraid that I released him too early, that the temp differences between my room and the outdoors were too rough for him, that he isn't strong enough to sustain flight longer than a few hundred feet or whatnot, etc. etc. It's just the fact that he's out there sitting in the same spot on the same tree still.. Maybe I'm just overly concerned and have grown attached to the little guy.
I'm of the mindset that if he's still there this evening, I'm going to go climb that tree and bring him back in :/.
EDIT: Mezzo has finally taken flight and left the back yard \^o^/ !!!
