Meatballs with Bulgar in Onion and Tomato Sauce (Voli Me Plyguri) I found this trying to figure what I could do with all of this leftover Bulgar. This recipe is SO good. I served it with brown rice and a spinach salad.
I decided to make dessert, due to my farmer's market peaches (there were just too many to eat them all fresh in time). I made Peach Cobbler and it's not going to last very long at all.
We "tried" to watch The Guru tonight - the disk was all scratched up so we only made it mid way. This was far enough to see that it wasn't very good. It reminds me how much I miss watching Bollywood videos on Saturday mornings though.
