Finally, I made it to the Farmer's Market

The first time I went by in early June, there was only one table set up, so I didn't stop. Today I went by and there were 3 tables, so I decided to give it a shot. There was actually a lot of good looking stuff. I picked up a bunch of peaches, some grape tomatoes, some lettuce (not sure which kind), & a butternut squash. They also had huge zucchini which I passed on this time. There was also some Amish baked goods - white bread, cinnamon rolls & zucchini bread. I think I'll make more of an effort to get out there each week.

I went to the API last night and really enjoyed it. There were a lot of people there (more than the LLL meetings I've been hitting), and even a few husbands. I met a few people who are cloth diapering and a woman who makes beautiful slings. I also got a _very_ good deal on a used New Native pouch. The meeting topic was The Importance of Touch, and here is a shared link regarding touch.

On the baby front - hiccups. At least now I'm pretty positive they are hiccups, based on a few other's opinions. They are rhythmic "blips" down low that last quite a few minutes at times. I've also noticed that I often feel like something (or someone) is tucked under my ribs on the right side. It's not too comfortable when I'm stuck sitting upright in a chair (eg, these various meetings I've been attending).
