Ingredients: Avocado, Lemon juice, Garlic Salt, Fresh Grown-up Carrots
1. Mash up ripe avocado
2. Add lemon juice and a bit of garlic salt, to taste
3. Dip crisp carrots (or whatever) in divine green moosh
I haven't tried it yet, but I but you can add soaked, minced/blended sunflower seeds to the mess and make it even tastier.
Great for salt cravings.
