SO! IKKICONNERS.

I think I'm probably gonna go with a Phoenix Wright General Panel at Ikkicon this year. It takes a teensy bit less coordination than a Mock Trial (The lack of which was a HUGE part in last year's Trial's CRASHNBURN) and allows for more variety.
Depending on what equipment I can get/Borrow, I'm thinking of doing the following:

- Ace Attorney Investigations preview (possibly with a Q&A with "Miles Edgeworth")
- Ace Attorney Trivia Quiz Show
- Raffle (if I can afford/make prizes)
- Ace Attorney Mini Cosplay Contest
- RETURN OF THE OBJECTION CONTEST?!

One idea I had was "Whose Court Is It, Anyway?", an improvised trial, where the victim and witness have random names and occupations, evidence is drawn out of a hat at appropriate times, and possibly a ridiculous BURST THROUGH THE DOOR HEY LOOK I HAVE DECISIVE EVIDENCE PHOENIX LOOK AT ME ending.

Also, I was musing about a Professor Layton puzzle solving side event. "And so the trial comes to a close...*dons top hat* You know...that reminds me of a puzzle."

I have a poll on my topic on the Ikkicon forums, and so far the consensus is "I DON'T CARE I JUST WANT AN ACE ATTORNEY EVENT."

I think a General Panel is the way to do.

ace attorney, ikkicon
