Yukinari sat glued to the tv, popcorn bowl hovering precariously in one hand as the sounds of explosions burst loudly through the apartment.
"What are you watching?!" Shinobu called out as he entered the apartment.
"Dude, Shinobu! Come and watch! This movie is freakin' cool" Yukinari kept his eyes on the screen, wide-eyed and entranced.
Shinobu sighed and headed towards the kitchen, putting away the food. Minutes later, he joined Yukinari on the couch, ice cream in one hand and snuggled close. "What is this movie, Yuki?" he asked in between laps of soft, hazelnut ice cream.
"It's about saving Earth from a rampaging alien ship! With lots of explosions!" Yukinari muttered excitedly. "And..." he looked at Shinobu and all thought flew out of his head as he watched Shinobu' tongue lap at the ice cream. "I want some!"
Shinobu wasn't paying attention, however. He caught sight of the planes and explosions and focused on the movie, licking the ice cream absentmindedly. Yukinari grinned to himself before he pounced, taking a huge bite of the ice cream and earning a smack on his head. "If you wanted one, you could've asked!"
"It was dripping down! No time to ask!" Yukinari hummed with pleasure before rubbing his nose against Shinobu's.
"Gyah." Shinobu wrinkled his nose and settled back to watch the movie, moving the ice cream occasionally between his mouth and Yukinari's.
