2 1/2 c rolled oats
1 c whole, raw almonds
1/2 c whole, pecans
1/4 c flax seeds
1/4 c sunflower seeds
1/3 c coconut chips (not shredded, with no sugar added)
1/3 c raisins
1 tsp cinnamon
1tsp vanilla
1/4 c honey
1/2 c coconut oil
