It turns out that all of the singing has a down side. If you sing too long apparently you burn up. Which is not that surprising, all things that are fun seem to have a draw back. Of course now we have to do more research. At least there's plenty of mocha cappucinos and pastries this time.

Tristan has been coming in to the shop to do his own research. Giles still seems uncomfortable around him. I don't see the harm in letting the boy educate himself, as long as he doesn't sing again before we can figure out what has caused this to happen. Last time he did it was in the shop. It was bad enough he was dancing all over the place and on top of the furniture, but then he started to smoke. It's a good thing I wasn't with any customers when it was happening or the whole shop could've gone up in flames. Well, and Tristan too, of course.

One of the students at the high school did burn up. Tara and Willow were chaperoning a dance there and saw it. Maddy almost burned up as well last night. Luckily Spike was near by and saved her. It's only a matter of time before we find what we need in the research books and Buffy kills whoever's responsible for this. It's too bad, except for the dying a painful fiery death, I have enjoyed this particular demonic incident.
