My grandmother passed away at 8:15am this morning. She was74.

She had been struggling to get better after an operation which left her with septicemia. She was in the one hospital down here in brisbane for over 2 months. Now after a long time she can finally rest. It's been hard to see her like she was, especially knowing we couldnt do any more to
