A.N.: I’m not entirely sure where this came from, but I know it’s really really really hot outside right now, and I wrote this while listening to BREAKERZ ‘Grand Finale’ which I don’t think has anything to do with the fic….or well it could..I don’t know since I haven’t read any translations for the song. xD I don’t own any of these boys, although I know we’d all like to.

It’s the middle of the day, and its hot outside, so very hot. Jonghyun doesn’t want to be outside at all, but here he is walking down the street, in search of that particular store selling that particular ice cream, which he knows will be melted the second he steps out the door.
He’s in the park now, trying to catch the coolness of the faint breeze as he sits under a shady tree. It doesn’t make much of a difference though, it’s still hot, and now he’s sticky from the sweat.
Then he sees someone walking in his direction, but he thinks he must be imagining it because Key isn’t here, he’s on vacation with his family somewhere, he can’t remember where, but as the person gets closer and closer he sees the familiar mop of blonde peeking out from underneath his favorite hat, the one Key said he was borrowing and had yet to return.
“You look like you just ran a marathon.” Jonghyun said as Key sat down next to him under that shady tree.
“Well I practically did, running all over trying to find you. You go too many places regularly, you should stop that so it makes it easier for me to find you.”
“I’ll think about it…water?” Jonghyun asks, holding out his full bottle of water, which he could’ve sworn was completely empty a minute ago, but he wasn’t going to question it, not when Key was there, he was all that mattered.
“You’re back early.”
“It wasn’t very much fun, it was constantly raining and I spent the entire time in my hotel room, so I begged to come back early, at least here I have someone to hang out with.” Jonghyun smiled, Key smiled back.
“Jonghyun, you should wake up before you end up sweating to death from this heat.”
“What do you mean I should wake up?”
Jonghyun groggily opens his eyes, the shaking starting to annoy him and he attempts to smack away the hands shaking him, but he realizes that those hands are now intertwined with his.
“Oh good your awake. Did you have a nice dream?”
“Key? Uhh…yes I did. It was very nice. I’ll tell you about it sometime.” Jonghyun said with a lopsided smile as he was dragged off the couch and out the door.
