part of me thinks that i wont get the promotion. As a supervisor comes back soon her replacement will be demoted ( i think) and when the position that i was supposed to fill will become available i think the girl will be promoted again for it.
and if this is so do i leave or do i stay since ive been basically promised that its mine?
