So here I am
Welcome to Portland Oregon, Tara. Land of the free and homo of the sexual. I moved here several months ago with my best friend Jonathan in order to get out of Reno, Nevada, and try and find a life that didn't smother me and who I felt I was. A life that seemed to make more sense. Or was that the reasoning? It seems nothing ever makes sense anyway, but I can't really complain. I love it here.
Why am I making this Journal? I don't really know either. Isn't a journal something you tell that you don't want others to know? Here I am writing in a journal that everyone can read, and it kind of makes me a little paranoid. The whole reason to any other journal I have ever kept was that it was what I would prefer others not to see.
"Dear Diary, although you are an inanimate object that can offer no consoltation to me, I will tell you my problems, and deepest secrets"
I guess that doesn't really make sense either.
Well, my new age computer journal, now that you are here and we will be spending some good quality time together, you might as well know a little bit about me.
My name is Tara Shea, and I am a leprechaun monkey. You may not understand what this is, so I will tell you it is a very rare breed of monkey from Ireland. I am about average height for my species, kinda hairy (as all monkeys are of coarse), and enjoy the occasional banana (no pun intended, I don't really like monkey penis).
I live right downtown in Portland, with my best friend Jonathan, and my good friend Tabatha. Currently through life situations we are all living together in a studio apartment, which tends to be a little madening at times, but it isn't anything we can't work through. Jonathan keeps around the lovely gay-boy drama, and Tabatha keeps around a good amount of sexual tension. We all live in a yellow submarine.
I am nineteen years old, currently single....hee hee I almost wrote dingle. Green eyes, brown hair, and it seems I currently own about three pairs of socks. Where the fuck have all my socks gone?
Well that is about all, for now, journal. I am off to the club tonight with jonathan, vanessa, and bobby. Maybe I will tell you how it goes. taa taa!
