Miscarriage of Justice
Remember when Al Capone was convicted of tax evasion? Thinking about it leads me to believe there was a grave miscarriage of justice. How in the blue hell are you going to accuse someone of evading taxes on illegal income, which can't be taxed? If you can answer that question, you deserve to sit on the Supreme Court. If not, you're probably also wondering what loopholes were pulled to put Capone behind bars.. Law is interesting.
