[Days have passed since Litchi's death. The seven-day mark is edging closer, and it won't be long until she's returned. That's one good thing about this place. But then... what does Noel do once she's returned? She's now spent days unable to keep her mind off of the doctor. Her moral support during this trying time? Ragna and Lao Jiu.
Yes, the panda. She's had the panda all this time. Surprisingly, these two have gotten closer over Litchi's death; Lao Jiu decided to stay with her because he felt kind of bad for Noel and... well. Where else could he go? So here they are.
It gets better, though. Today, it's come to Noel's attention that there's no food available in their apartment! She's hungry -- the panda's starving! And alas, the designated cook is nowhere in sight. Poor Lao Jiu. Noel feels like it's time to act; feeling that she's slowly regaining her composure here, she scoops up Lao Jiu, places him on her shoulder has somehow avoided hyperventilating over him this week in favor of angst, and heads out. Their destination? The grocery store.
So, yes. Noel will be there, picking up food and occasionally talking to the panda. :| And sometimes, Lao Jiu will probably even lead her to an aisle with food that she should pick up. Yeah, I don't get it either. This may or may not end badly.
