Cool. Please let everyone know about this! I am glad you like the idea
As for the Wollaston, I was never planning on buying it. I am in works with the owner to refurbish it. And It is going slow but well! ^_^

I'm interested in this idea as well. I wouldn't mind helping out but my time would be restricted to the weekends that I am around the Boston area. (living in Ct and all) Let us know wen you decide to set a date or whatever.
