Many Sunday newspapers now have a section of the Travel section that features photos of readers holding the travel section of the paper in locations throughout the world. The Denver Post calls this feature "Paper Trails." Information is given about format required. Wouldn't it be great if your photo at the Hidden Under Our Hats or Race for Hope in DC appeared in your paper with a caption of Where: Washington DC Brain Tumor Action Week. Pack your travel section from today's paper and your digital camera. :-)
Giving credit where credit is due, an advocate did this two years ago. It was a treat for us to see the advocate holding up her local paper for a "photo opportunity."
Those "Kodak moments" remind us of the memories we are making and living with no regrets.
