So, today I had my research clinic appointment. Turns out I've stayed the same weight since my last appointment, but somehow managed to lose about 3 inches on my waste. So that's good. And I'm glad I didn't gain weight. Also, I got a pretty extensive physical and the doctor told me to get a mole on my back looked at. Oh yay ( Read more... )
