Happiness Meme Day 8
I almost forgot to post the final day of the happiness meme.
Since I'm in kind of a sour mood today, I'm going to list all my happies here:
Day 1: Christmas celebrations at work (carolers, potluck, gift exchange)
Day 2: Mucinex (ie, finding something that made me feel better)
Day 3: Time to myself to take in a grown up movie, featuring a sometimes topless Will Smith.
Day 4: getting home at 4:30 on a workday, finally able to spend an evening relaxing after the madness that's been my life lately. And by myself, at least until 8:30 or so!
Day 5: Stephen Colbert and Conan O'Brien doing In The Year 2000, singing a Christmas carol and doing a kick line together in an episode I watched on the DVR. Love.
Day 6: My boss gave me a $20 gift card for Darden restaurants (Red Lobster, Olive Garden, etc.) for Christmas.
Day 7: A lovely Christmas Day with the family, and lots of great new toys.
and yesterday, Day 8: Being able to go home from work early and spend the evening having fun with our new stuff.
