So, my CD drive hasn't been reading CDs for the past week or so. I noticed it when I tried to upload pictures from my new camera, but I got busy with other things and just thought it was probably an easy solution and I'd deal with it later. So, a few minutes ago I tried to play my new Law and Order game and it wouldn't work either. So I called Best Buy and the guy told me he was going to walk me through reconfiguring the drive, and then he disappeared. My cordless phone died. I have no clue why, since it's always plugged in and charging. More electronics problems. So I started to call them back on my cell, but then I thought to myself "You can do this yourself!" And I did. I reconfigured the system all by myself, and it works now. Yeeee! Okay, I do have a computer degree. But it's a 2 year degree from a community college and mostly just taught me how to use word, excel and maybe a couple of programming languages I don't remember how to use anymore. Anyway, I'm still proud of myself.
So, I managed to upload the few pictures I took with my new camera. This is a crappy $20 camera and is really sucky compared to the nice one I lost on Thanksgiving Day. SIGH... that's what I get. But here are the pics.
Another one of Casey in her moon boots. This one is taken in front of our house. You can pretty much see what my house looks like if you look behind her, because they all pretty much look alike. Oh, and the shirt she is wearing was also a gift from me.
Our tree. I had a hard time getting any of the pics of the tree to come out right. I took about 3, and this was the best one. Tonight I'll try to remember to take one of the house with the lights and everything. I want to wait until it's dark.
Willow with her new Barbie Purse.
Casey just let Jada come in here and eat all her cookies. Um... if she didn't want them, I would have eaten them. I wonder why she didn't want to eat them. Also, my parents' neighbors' kid made chocolate cake and made sure to get a piece to Casey on Christmas Day. It's still sitting on the counter. Well, at least she's not a junk food/sweets pig. Jada and Casey's other friend are running around outside in their PJs. Casey said it's because all their clothes are in the washing machine. Both of them? They aren't sisters or anything. And if by some crazy chance Casey didn't have a single outfit to wear, she'd stay inside. I wouldn't let her wander the neighborhood in her PJs at 3 in the afternoon. What is going on with these parents?
