(no subject)
So I went to Publix for some groceries today and when I came back out to my car, there was my mom's car parked right next to it. Small world. I called her and was like "Are you at Publix? Because I think you parked right next to me." She hadn't noticed. So we chatted briefly when she came out. Her theory about my sick children is that Willow got ahold of something she shouldn't have been eating (chocolate, perhaps) and Casey might be dehydrated. My mom always complains about how Casey doesn't ever drink anything. I don't think it's so bad it would dehydrate her though. She's not a huge drinker, but she drinks enough. Who knows what it is, but hopefully it's over. They have both been fine since this morning. Casey's tiny bit of fever went away really quickly and she felt much better. She's at her cookie booth now.
I got her Busch Gardens ticket, but it was not easy. It turns out, Patti couldn't get ahold of anyone to put her name in at Guest Services... they were all either off or out sick. So she said the only option would be for me to get an actual ticket from her, and oh yeah she lives 45 minutes away. Which is kind of nuts because she works at Sea World, which is right down the street from us. So she makes that drive 5 days a week. Yikes. I ended up asking Christine to take Casey to her cookie booth (Dani was working it too, so she just had to grab Casey on the way) so I could make the drive and get the ticket. So now she's all set as long as she can stay healthy between now and then. It turns out, Dani was also invited on the Busch Gardens trip and Christine is going too. That actually makes me more comfortable, knowing Christine will be with her. I have spoken to Briana's mom a couple of times and she seems really nice, but I know Christine much better. Dani and Casey aren't getting along so great these days so she's not thrilled they are going, but she'll live. Apparently, it's going to be a pretty big group anyway.
I colored my hair today. Wee. I like it.

It's not really that much different, just a bit darker. I had a lot of gray showing in my roots (I think I just didn't cover them that well last time), so that's mainly why I did it.
