Bad Game, Good Day

Fail on the Sabres front. Losing 6-3 against the Flyers, whom were all over them. Good game from rookie Luke Adam though.

I rolled out of bed around 9:30AM and made a pretty simple breakfast including a bowl of special k with skim milk and a half of banana.



Then it was time to hit the gym! I did a basic 30 min workout on the treadmill. I felt like I could've gone longer, but it's been a while since I've hit the gym, so I wanted to take it easy.

Following a much needed shower, I grabbed an apple and some reduced fat peanut butter. NOM NOM.



Before making lunch, I worked on some homework. Lunch included some pasta with baked chicken, marinara sauce and a slice of whole grain bread with some margarine. Twas delicious!



With a full tummy and having caught up on The Event (great new show on NBC), I decided to take a nap. 1.5 hours of wonderful sleep.

Some more homework was to be done before eating dinner around 7PM. Dinner was some homemade hawaiian pizza and lots of it!

Along with those two slices (which equal about one normal slice), I had FOUR more pieces over the next 3 hours.  I was HUNGRY.

Well, that's it for today! Just took some benadryl since I have to be up early to hit the ice rink :)
