Where can I buy poppers? You know, the lil white things you slam on the ground and they go POP!

I have a few questions.

1) I am looking for a place that deals with CPAP equipment. I am using ApneaCare in Williamsville now. However, I do not like their service and will want to go somewhere else if I can't get results after I throwdown at my next appointment. Are there any?

2) Best fireworks in Buffalo for July 4th?
