I didn't see any!
Let me just get to the point.
My stapler ran out of staples, and there were no refills in my drawer. I looked in the cabinet, and there were none in there either. Then I looked again, and there were still none. Feeling relatively confident, I asked Laura for some staples. She said, "Aren't there any staples in the cabinet?" (actually, she said "isn't there any .." but I let it go) I said I didn't find any, so she went and looked. My voice trailed off as I called to her, "I just need one row ... of .. staples ..." She called me over, pointed to three boxes in the cabinet and just looked at me. Ok, so only the white side of the otherwise green box was showing, was it necessary to make an ass out of me? Next time I'm going to say "Laura just give me some staples and don't be a bitch."
