The illusion of natural contentment will not be fully evident if the workings of fear are present. Of course we'll always have the ever so elusive masked robber of anxiety to steal the occasional holy moment from us.
Does this mean that we cannot feel the circumstantial happiness of a random occasion? No, but it is quite difficult to understand the full potential for the situation at hand when an unconsious fear is sparked. The point is that happiness can be found in each moment in life with a consious effort.
