Renter drama

Even though I got the 30 day notice from the renter in Ohio almost a week ago and have been going through sometimes troubling thinking regarding the situation (and sometimes not that bad), it is true that said scenario is yet to have costed me any money. Indeed, in result of the ad I placed in craigslist Cleveland about 4 days ago, I have gotten 3 responses by people who seem motivated and now at least 1 has called the management office. Meanwhile, the current renter I have been told is buying a house and something about that means I can't rent out my house until December because something about the time she will be able to move into the new house. My honest opinion is why do I have to put off when I can put someone in the house because of a POSSIBLE delay in leaving by the current renter. Should we not just force said current renter to pay for an extra month? Yes, that would be logical. However, the rental company is at least outwardly Christian and they like this renter lady so I guess we treat her nice. IRRELEVANT to any of that information, it has become known to me that the leasing liaison lady in Cleveland appears to be of the absolute inclination to be able to show the house whilst current renter is residing in it as long as we give that lady 24 hour notice which is positive info for me. Anyway, I let the renter liaison woman know how adamant I am about not having a lapse in between renters, that I intend to keep putting ads on craigslist to rent the place out every 3 days or so until someone commits, that I'll say it will be closer to December in the ad (even though she says it won't be until December frankly but bases that on a possibility and therefore not an innevitability) and that I am willing to go out there and clean the place, shampoo the carpets, and bring someone with me to help me paint the inside walls with one coat of paint if necessary basically on the weekend after renter moves out if the price is too high or time is too long to contract stuff out and that I would need a key for that b/c I don't even think I have a key right now. So, communication is improving with the rental people. I hope someone commits and everything, yada yada blah blah blah. Because if someone commits and gets in there asap after the renter leaves under the terms I wrote the offer for, then my annual income on the house will basically not be affected. The renter will pay less per month but have to do the lawn herself which in a year washes itself out, maybe ends up in my favor but the lawn won't be done quite as well and I could give a tiny bug's butt about that right now. Amen.
