Forgive me for staring

But I see daydream when I see you

And days seem to dream when I see you

And may I have a day to be with you?

And if I can make a way, I would make it for you

Just forgive me

Because my space some how ended up with you

And if I knew what to do

Would not have this dumb expression on my face

Mix with a dumb confession that I have to face

That I just found a perfect smile on a perfect place

And now the happiness I don’t want to waste

And if I traced

The crescents that present moon lit walks over moon lit storms

I would walk on sand until castles formed

I would listen until trust was born

I would hold your hand until your heart was warmed

I would be with you until our presents became the norm

So forgive me

I feel like my breath has been delayed

I feel like the cost for love is being paid

I feel somewhere a guitar is being played

Saying the things that need to be “sayed”...I mean said

So forgive me

Dumb things seem to come out when all I really want to say is...
