Why does Habitat for Humanity build new houses instead of fixing up ones that are already there and not being used?
Random Thought:
When is Obama going to get around to saying what "changes" he's going to enact instead of just saying a vote for him is a "Vote for Change"? Why do I have the fear that he really doesn't have any new ideas that might actually work.
