Long time no see.
I don't have an exciting quote today cause I left my planner at Shannon's house. It's been quite a while huh? Sorry about last week. Nothing was really happening so I didn't feel like posting. But this weekend on the other hand, now that's a different story.
Friday was chill. Saturday, I had work till twelve which really wasn't that bad. It was pretty busy. Then I headed over to Shannon's house. We decided to go hang out with her friend Ryan and his room mate Cory. It started out a little slow cause I don't really know either guy and Shannon has only chilled with them a couple of times. But after alittle while (and a bit of booze) everything loosened up a bit more. Though Shannon and Cory were sitting on the small couch so I had to sit on the big couch with Ryan. Which was just awkward cause I don't know him and I kinda felt like Shannon abandoned me. But that's just cause I'm awkward in general when it comes to new people. We started out with one of us on either side of the couch but we slowly began moving towards eachother. I'm a lot more friendly once I have a few shots in me lol. So it was cool we watched some football and for some reason me and Ryan ended up in the kitchen alone (once again thanks alot shannon >.<) He tried to kiss me and I turned him down. Score one for Sarah! (I hardly ever turn people down when I'm drunk. But then again I wasn't really drunk). Well, Ryan left the kitchen and Shannon came into the kitchen. She asked what happened. I said he tried to kiss me and she said that I should kiss him. Having her say that was really all the confidence I needed. I just didn't want it to be awkward later and she assured me it wouldn't. So I grabbed him and made out with him lol. And that was that.
We saw Men who stare at goats which i thought was pretty good and funny. The guys HATED it and Shannon had already seen it. But really I think if I had been in my right state of mind I still would have liked it. I love George Clooney and there are a shit ton of star wars references which is hilarious because Ewan McGregor is the lead and he played Obi Wahn in the new movies lol. It's so funny. After that went back to the guys' house and watched the new Star Trek. At some point Shannon and Cory decided they were tired and went upstairs to bed. (At this point I was again like GOD DAMN IT shannon >.<) So me and Ryan chilled on the couch and watched the rest of the movie. side note: The whole way home from the movie we were holding hands and the whole time watching star trek we were cuddling but nothing else had happened since the incident. side note side note: I was no longer drunk at this point, the effects had worn off (It was like three a.m.) so I'm pretty sure he wasn't drunk either.
We finished the movie and went upstairs to go to bed (like 4 a.m.) Laid in bed and started talking for awhile and at one point I gave him a back massage that I'm pretty sure lasted like an hour (my hands hurt to bend afterwards, but I like giving massages so it was fun). We were just chilling and talking it was cool. =] And before we knew it, it was 6 (shannon and I had to leave at 9). So I figured it was time to actually get some sleep. And that's when it happened. We made out again.
And it's really not normal for me to be all weirded out about making out with people. I don't see it as a big deal. It's just the whole like cuddling and talking and holding hands thing. He's the one who started all of that. That is really what bothers me. Cause now I'm at that place I hate. That place where I don't know if it was really just a drunken makeout session or if he actually likes me. I hate not knowing shit. This is why I don't like making out with people I don't really know. lol But all in all it was a really good night. =] I had a lot of fun.
Now here's the big big deal =] I went to my first NFL game EVER! It was Baltimore Ravens vs. Indianapolis Colts. Now I will be the first to admit that the ONLY reason I like the dallas Cowboys is because I hate the Redskins and I really know nothing about football. But after this game I am an avid football fan! I know what a lot of the words mean and we cheered our asses off. And it's so fucking exciting and so very much fun. I even have a favorite player! His name is Todd Heap, number 86. He's fucking awesome, he's a line backer who is not actually ginormous but DAMN CAN THAT MAN TAKE SOMEONE DOWN. Not to mention the fact that he's pretty cute AND he can run like a mofo so he's got everything going on =] Now I just gotta pick a favorite cowboy. I'm gonna start actually watching games and try and go to a bunch more games. They are so so much fun! I definitely suggest it if you've never been. Ravens are officially my second favorite football team! =] So fucking exciting. Shannon really likes Mason, number 85. He's a runner and DAMN that man can run like nobody I've ever seen before. So we're gonna get jerseys for our boys and we're gonna watch football every sunday! ^-^ Great another reason for people to call me a lesbian lol. But fuck people. Who says boys get to have all the fun? I like screaming "KILL HIM!" as much as a guy if not more. I've got a lot of pent up rage and football is just the thing to let it out on =]
