2006...good overall...like always...
Dear Journal,
...the glass is half full after all.
I didn't get to write nearly half of what I wanted in my last entry...and frankly now I can't remember what I was going to write. At least not the specifics.
Abbreviated 2006 (in rough chronological order):
- Interned with TechSmith
- Took 23 credits
- Dated Scott 1
- Got a higher GPA than ever before
- Moved to Chicago
- Dated Cyrus
- Interned with SHC
- Gained 10 lbs
- Dated Scott 2
- Had tonsils removed
- Moved to Ann Arbor
- Took the semester off
- Interned with Holcim/Energis
- Slept in the Houston Airport
- Gained 30 more lbs
- Moved back to EL
I'm leaving out a lot - clearly. I'm most thankful for my friends in 2006 and my health...since I finally for those tonsils removed and I gained all this muscle weight.
I've learned so much this year. My internships might have taught me more about life than about business but then I already know a lot about business so that may be a given.
My goals for 2007 - handle all the transition and change that this next year is going to bring, continue gaining weight and refining the muscle I already have, and finally getting my life organized.
Again I'm leaving a lot of goals out but they don't need to be posted here.
