I was thinking about a cloning machine. But Allen says he's not WILLING to give up his small intestine. PAH.

Why would we need Allen's small intestine to clone Tsuna? Wouldn't we need Tsuna's?

Can't you build a machine that only needs blood or something like that? Allen already said that he liked his intestines. For some odd reason.
