I'm glad Jonghyun decided to poke her on AIM, and if I'm not mistaken it was right after she commented on his journal post. Because immediately these two clicked! Initially Lizzy bore an uncanny resemblance to a child whom he felt the need to protect, then came the realization that she's capable to overwhelm and tease him in so many ways ( that would be a turn off if he encountered this side of her first) but it was too late for him to turn back and said yeah, I've had enough with you. She's mischievous and he's right about her having too many harmful charms it could kill. I do think the real's the type who would rather give in to impulse given the right moment and at the same time know when would be the right time to retract herself back? I've seen this trait in your muse and I must say it's refreshing to see, because knowing that the real is practically everyone's best friends would make you wonder whether she should always stay chirpy and carefree. If there's one thing to point out it could be that your muse was more reserved the first time we poked her. But if I do remember correctly you did mention about the whole thing of playing a social muse intimidates you? I hope that's not the case anymore because it's obvious that you're doing your best and it definitely shows how much she's improved since then. There was one thing that I worried a few weeks ago. It's how quick they opened up to each other their friendship might end up being superficial once they run out of things to admit or issues to talk about. Then I realized this was solely my fault because thoughtless Jonghyun is as oblivious as ever. I've got nothing to comment on your writing to be honest. It's great.

..And I just read the crit you wrote on my thread. I'm amused that you thought their quick bonding was surprising too. Their conversation never feel forced that's for sure! I do hope she sticks around, too.

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback (especially since you're on hiatus!), I really appreciate it. I do remember that Lizzy was a bit reserved when they first talked-- I think we were still getting the feel of having her talk to new people-- but I'm really glad that you can see that she's improved! A lot of it had to do with the intimidation of playing a social muse, but I think I was also worried that Lizzy would be overwhelming to people... but then I kind of accepted that it's completely in her nature to overwhelm people every now and then, and I think that helped loosen her up. And I agree with the point about them opening up to each other so quickly, because I had a bit of the same worry, especially with other situations that she's been dealing with. I think pacing is something that Lizzy needs to learn when it comes to interacting with people... and honestly, that's what I've really enjoyed when it comes to her interactions with Jonghyun. Since interacting with him, she's had to deal with some faults that I haven't had to chance to explore with her yet (her big mouth being one of them), and it's kind of exciting to have her face consequences from such things and learn from mistakes. It was refreshing to deal with rookie mistakes in new friendships, which I think makes their friendship really fun. That might just be me, haha.

And nope! You're not the only one. I enjoy the flaws and there were days where Jonghyun wasn't his usually calm and bubbly character yet she played along, I just think that's endearing.
