it's what o'clock???

i came home from dropping off katie and amanda (applebee's + movie night = good times!), planning to poke my head in the office to say "good night" to scotty and then get my ass in bed to make up for this week's lack of sleep.  we started talking.  we kept talking.  eventually, i took a looked at my watch.  scotty then asked me what time it was, and i looked at my watch again.  4:00.  holy shit.  i was home before 1:00.  how the hell did it get to be 4:00???

now i need to go to bed.  and not get up for a very long time.
