for those who don't have 18 minutes to sit and listen to me babble, here's the summary of the voice post:

*wicked was amazing
*it was a ton of fun to hang out with mommy
*i met a really cute, nice girl who is too young and probably a semi-distant relative anyway
*i wore the black dress with the cartigan, but i didn't wear the cartigan all night (that's right... i went sleeveless in public!!!)
*i've also been wearing sandals :-)
*i believe my feet will be pedicure-worthy by the time we go back to school... who wants to get a pedicure with me???  :-D
*i've figured out why my middle school band director teaches middle school
*my expectations for this weekend's band and choir concerts are/were not high
*tri-state wind symphony was really damn good for a community band
*i miss the loras band and choirs
*i miss loras in general
*i get to move in on the 21st - a day earlier than i thought i would
