ES--

This is absolutely unacceptable! Do you think you're funny putting these disgusting noise makers everywhere?! Just what is the point of this prank? If it were only certain people at certain appointed times, it would be much more affective, but not EVERYONE all the time! That is simply overkill. At any rate, IT SHOULD CEASE IMMEDIATELYMoving ( Read more... )

Luckily I live alone, so the ridiculous cushions, while still aggravating, don't cause too much of a scene.

It's not silly at all.

I know we have differing views on this subject, but- I think a government is someone who wants to keep its people safe and happy. It treats them all fairly and works to make sure that no person suffers from oppression. It works so that everyone under its rule will be happy; and when there's a problem, it finds a way to fix it that benefits everyone.

It's not for making people "feel good". It's about fixing problems when they occur, so that others can live in peace. It's not always easy, either. Sometimes, for trying to make things better, you get hurt along the way.

Yes well...what if someone thinks--hypothetically of course--that the government isn't treating everyone fairly. I mean beyond the natural strata that exist between classes that everyone just lives with. Then what?

Also, there's nothing wrong with making people feel good! &hearts

No, no- there's nothing wrong with it. :)

Well- hypothetically- I would go ask the Wi- ask whoever was in charge to fix it.

Yes. That's why one has a W...leader.

Except here no one knows who that is. Oh why is this place so backwards!

I thought this was hypothetical, hmm?

Well, "hypothetically" again... I would say, if for some reason there is no person in charge or if the person in charge is otherwise unable to fix what's wrong... then it's up to those who see the injustice to change it.

Yes well, it has a basis in reality. Just to make it easier!

What if the people who see the injustice can't decide if they see it or not? Or what if they need a leader and can't decide on who that should be? Then what do you do?

Well, someone has to do something! Standing by and letting injustice happen is just as bad as causing it yourself. Don't be afraid to stand up for those who can't stand up for themselves- be brave and do the right thing.
